When I pray and ask our Lord Father to do all He sees fit, it’s always so much more amazing than I imagine! Please welcome the newest birth in Katolo Kenya and the second healthy baby girl calf God saw fit to announce just 2 mornings ago. Praising God for the faithful donors, the wonderfully generous hearts and the never ceasing prayers over all we do here at SpreadSmiles Ministries. It is truly an honor to finally put feet on the ground in Kenya and complete some projects with our own hands helping those of our Katolan community. May our Lord bless us as we go and every one that is a part.
What an amazing morning it was on June 16th, as I awoke to an overjoyed Brother Kevin Ogada in Katolo, Kenya. He revealed a beautiful God thing that we had all been praying into and over the past couple and few months. Back when EmmanuWell project was drawn out, I had a personal desire to be capable of providing fresh water for the traveling herds of livestock passing back and forth through the Katolo area. And so, a trough and separate water line and faucet were placed away from the main washroom and the cattle, goats and sheep began to use it. Brother Kevin was blessed a certain morning to be involved in a conversation on the rich blessing this FREE freshwater was to his cattle drives now. Kevin then inquired of the possibility of a bull being bred to both heifers donors money have provided for last year and the owner was more than happy to do such a thing. And so now SSM Family all over the world, please join me and welcome our first baby calf born in Kenya! Healthy and happy he is truly a testimony to what God still has in store and a testament to what He has already saw us through together! Join in giving now! Join in praying now! We will be there building a shelter for the 4 head of cattle in Katolo in less than a week. You can come along side with us in a very heart felt and personal way and help with supplies and the ongoing cattle project.
